Mark it on Your Calendar: Meditative Fitness Programs on Monday

Our Meditative Fitness Programs utilize the ancient disciplines and principles of Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, and QiGong to provide students with a comprehensive wellness experience. Students will learn mind relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, complemented with Yoga and "moving meditation" exercises to promote mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The Meditative Fitness Classes, are conducted by Master Gladys Wesley-Kennedy, Qigong Master and Founder of The WHAI and Meditative Fitness programs 

It’s hard to leave home sometimes—trust us, we know. But it is important to not only stay active in your community, but to also express curiosity about new subjects. This event is the perfect chance to spread your roots and learn new things!
